Open Network Management was established in 1994 as a private limited company specializing in the provision of network management products and services. Our primary focus is on providing software, training and consultancy to telecommunications network operators and equipment manufacturers working with Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) architectures, frameworks and applications.

We provide TMN expertise, software products & services to some of the world's leading telecommunications companies. Here are some examples of recent involvements:

• TMN Q3 Interface to Network Traffic Data Collection and Analysis System

Providing TMN expertise to a European/US-based telecoms software research and development company, working from Bellcore specifications to provide a Performance Management system for the Full Service Network of one of the Regional Bell Operating Companies.
 
• TMN Cellular (TACS & GSM) Network Management Centre (NMC)

Working for one of the world's largest mobile telecoms operators, based in the UK, involved specification and design of an umbrella Network Management System, including production of a generic TMN platform for development of OMCs and NMCs.
 
• TMN Element Management System (EMS) for Passive Optical Network (PON)

Design and implementation of TMN-conformant EMS software for a leading Japanese supplier of telecoms transmission networking equipment.
 
• GSM Operations and Management Centre (OMC)

Project involving design, implementation & testing of an OSI communications subsystem (supporting CMIP and FTAM) for a major US-based GSM supplier's OMC platform.
